Chip Spreader
Our model XS3000 Chip Spreader has a lift-type structure. It is mounted on the rear of a tipper and drives backward during work, the tipper that filled up aggregates tilts a angle of 35~45 degree.The spreading amount can be easily adjusted as per working requirement by easily adjusting aggregates gate . Meantime spreading quantity also can be controlled by the rotate speed of an electromotor. The two functions should work together harmoniously. The spreading width can be adjusted by opening or closing of the aggregate bin gates.
The chip spreader is mainly used for spreading aggregate in the work of bituminous pavement construction and maintenance.
Our model SS3000 Chip Spreader has a pull-type structure,which is equipped with a set of traction device. During running, it travels backward driven by the driving wheel of the tipper (two platen of the traction device hold the wheel hub of the driving wheel). It’s suitable to various type of tippers.
